Divine Instruction-By Pastor Chris Ibia

20 November 2013

Beloved, anything called divine talks about God or from God. It has the mark or seal of God. Instruction is an order or a command passed from either a given authority or body to its followers to be carried  out. God, is a God of orderliness: and without instruction, Christ followers  cannot maintain or establish orderliness. And when things are not in order, God can’t be at work because He is not the God of confusion. “And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die {Gen3:2-3}. Anything that lacks rules and regulations or principles cannot go well. To despise divine instruction beloved, is to be set for human destruction. Every divine manifestation has human initiation.

When God gives a command, and man refuse to carry out that command; the resultant effect of such
disobedience is damnation or destruction. “Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the Lord, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of  the Lord? And saul said unto samuel, yea i have obeyed the voice of the Lord, and have gone the way which the Lord sent me, and have brought A’gag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed  the Amalekites. But the people took of the spoil, sheep and Oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice  unto the Lord thy God in Gilgal. And samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings  and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king {Isam 15:19-23}.

God wants His children to stay  within the perimeter of His instruction: because He knows the end of everything. Saul disobeyed God, and his life was ruined till his death.”And even as they did  not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient {Rm1:28}. A man’s thought and knowledge should revolve around God’s instructions, because when we detach ourselves from His instruction, we lose His security, empowerment, provision, success son-ship authority, benefit and spiritual growth. In olden days, when ever the children of israel disobeyed God, God said to moses “Tell your people ” and when they obey God’s instructions, He said to moses “Tell my people” is therefore means that, anybody that can’t keep divine instruction, suffers divine rejection. I wish you a flourishing and blossoming season, in Jesus precious name, Amen.
