*MIND OF GOD (MOG)*
*Text*: Psalms 1:4-6
“The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.” Psalms 1:4-6 (KJV)
The choices you make in life determine the quality of your destiny. The ungodly is one whose actions are in variance with God’s Word (Psalm 58:3). The choice to be ungodly has its consequences. These consequences are highlighted by the opening scripture.
First of all, the ungodly are like chaff; it means that they will not stand the test of time. Secondly, when God comes to judge to reward or punish, they are doomed. Thirdly, they will be afraid to fellowship with the righteous. Finally, their way will not last.
Dear beloved, choose to be godly, love God and His Word, delight yourself in obeying God’s Word, love people and be kind to them, and you shall arrive at your glorious destiny (Psalm 1:1–3). Hallelujah! Be a world changer!
