*MIND OF GOD (MOG)*
*Text*: Psalms 20:1-4
“The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.” Psalms 20:1-4 (KJV)
Prayer is simply a communion with our heavenly Father. It is a time of fellowship with God; when you share with Him all your successes and challenges. It is also a time when you give God thanks and receive from Him blessings, directions, and instructions for your life and ministry. The opening scripture is a prayer King David said over his armies to empower them to defeat the Ammonites and their allies (2 Samuel 10:1-19).
Dear beloved, I declare this same prayer for you, “May the Lord answer you when you are in trouble! May the God of Jacob protect you! May He send you help from His Temple and give you aid from Mount Zion. May He accept all your offerings and be pleased with all your sacrifices. May he give you what you desire and make all your plans succeed. Amen.” (Psalm 20:1–4). Praise the Lord! God richly bless you!
My faithful Father, thank You for being a God Whose ears are ready to hear Your children’s prayer. I proclaim the prayer of the psalmist over my life and all who are connected to You, and I claim the blessings therein, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
