Being in the Spirit!

Ministry of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS).

Improving Our Spiritual Understanding

“I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last…” ( Revelation 1:10-11)

Dearly Beloved

You have to be in the Spirit to hear from God in Christ. You have to be in the Spirit to receive revelations from God. This happens when you SEPARATE yourself from this world and set yourself apart for God and His kingdom. Apostle John was alone in the Isle of Patmos when he received revelations for the churches.

There are many Christians who are NOT spiritual at all. They see nothing nor hear nothing from the Lord. They only hear what their pastors say. Their ears are dull to hearing spiritually. Their eyes are dimmed. This is very risky for any Christian.
Have you received the Holy Spirit when you believe? Then endeavour to fast, pray, and separate yourself out so you can hear from the Lord regularly. How you say God is your Father, yet you are unable to hear from Him?

Many true believers ( Christians), are not sensitive or conscious of the Holy Spirit dwelling in them or leading them. The Holy Spirit is real. The Holy Spirit is peaceful , joyful, comforting, stimulating, animating exciting and aggressive . He is the most powerful Spirit in heaven, earth and underneath the earth. He is the Spirit of truth, righteousness and holiness. He has integrity. Without Him, there can be no enduring peace and joy, no matter our earthly qualifications and wealth.

In the book Acts, Apostle Paul met with certain disciples of Jesus Christ and asked them if they have received the Holy Spirit, you can’t believe their response:

“He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost” (Acts 19:2).

Brethren, I am led to ask you the same question. Have you received the the Holy Spirit since you became a Christian? Some Christians I have spoken with believe you can receive the Holy Spirit only once. NO! You can receive the Holy Spirit many times. King David in the bible was anointed at least three times.

Beloved, you cannot have enough of the Holy Spirit. Where the Holy Spirit is at work in you , no challenge, sickness, disease, witches and wizards or demons can prosper. Nothing can defeat the Holy Spirit. The power of the Holy Spirit raised up Jesus from death. With the unction of the Holy Spirit, I can speak like apostle John:

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1John 4:4)

With the Holy Spirit, we can declare:
“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us” (Romans 8:37).

Only Jesus Christ can baptise you with the Holy Spirit. You can never receive the Holy Spirit from someone else.

“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you” (Romans 8:11).

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God,” (Romans 8:14).

Receive ye the Holy Spirit. Amen!

Be compassionate and kind to one another.

Prayer Point
Dear Father, please fill us to overflowing with your Holy Spirit so that we can do exploits in your kingdom in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Blood of Jesus! Blood of Jesus!

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” ( Philippians 4:13).

Thank you Jesus for giving me your Holy Spirit.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.
