“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works” (2Tim 3:16-17).
Beloved
Every word of God is pure ( Proverbs 30:5). Let the scriptures guide your life daily. You will never be disappointed if you teach your children the scriptures daily, especially from the early days of their lives ( Proverbs 22:6).
The word of God should teach you, guide you , blame you when you are wrong, correct you and instruct you in righteousness.
“My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee” (Proverbs 3:1-2).
Learn to hide the word of God in your heart ( Psalm 119:11)
To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It also requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).
Prayer
Dear Father, please let your word be our guide as we continue to praise you this season in the mighty name of Jesus . Amen.
