We bless God in Christ for a new week. Blessed Sunday to everyone.
The confidence and hope we need to have in life is that we are heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ. It’s a source of joy to understand that you are a shareholder in everything that belongs to God. The earth and its fullness is the LORD (Psalm 24:1).
The Word says:
“The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together” (Romans 8:16-17).
It’s not by might nor by power, but by His Spirit. His grace is all we need:
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work” ( 2Corinthians 9:8)
Thank you Jesus. Blood of Jesus.
We cover ourselves with the blood of Jesus. Amen.
