Divine health is a reality!
Unfortunately, many people, even within the body of Christ (the Church) do not seem to appreciate this fact. Divine health is the truth promised to us by the Word of God.
The third book of John says: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 2). So health prosperity is God’s plan and wish for all of us. What tend to deprive us of enjoying optimal health prosperity is spiritual ignorance or lack of spiritual understanding.
A close look at the life of Jesus, Paul, John, Peter, James etc while on earth, reveals that the Bible has no reference to their ever being sick , and having to require another physician. This empowerment was from the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is still very much working through us today.

What is Health? According to World Health Organization, health is not merely absence of a disease or infirmity, but a complete state of physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual well being of the individual. So in essence, there are: Physical health; Mental health and Spiritual health. Emphasis is placed on the functionality of the person.
Of all the medicines I have come across, none is potent enough to penetrate the “spirit man”, unlike the word of God, which can penetrate through the body and heal the soul and the spirit (Heb 4:12).
How can we achieve Divine health?
The prescription is given in the book of Proverbs:
“My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh”(Prov 4:20-22). So the words of God are health to all our flesh!

To enjoy all round health prosperity, we have to find the words of God (the Bible). We have to read it, study it and meditate on it ( Joshua 1:8) and store the words in our heart. The same Proverbs says: “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” (Prov 4:23). Jesus Christ Himself, also tells us:
“the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life”(John 6:63),

God’s further prescription to His children on maintaining Divine Health is given to us in Exodus:
“And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee” ( Exo 15:26).
In Christ Jesus, when God heals us, it is for a purpose. Failure to return to God in GRATITUDE after a healing miracle(s) can result in our situation being worse as per our memory verse.

We emphasize that the POWER in the blood of Jesus has set us FREE from bondage, and that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2Cor 3:17). Jesus is the Truth…(John 14:6). The words of God are spirit & are Life(John 6:63). We allow the Scriptures to answer all questions. We create the awareness that Jesus has made all true believers ‘kings and priests unto God and his Father…’(Rev 1:6). In addition, as a spiritual body, we also empower unbelievers, using the principles of our Lord Jesus Christ with the understanding that when they witness the power of the living God, they will exalt his holy name (Psalm 46:10). One major objective of MOW is to increasingly improve everyone’s spiritual understanding! Spiritual ignorance is a major cause of human destruction(Hosea 4:6). Indeed, many children of God have ‘gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge’ (Isa 5:13). Please note that the MOW is an initiative and the spiritual arm of Abasi Health Foundation (AHF). AHF is a registered NGO in Nigeria , with the primary objective of empowering all groups of people to optimize their health.
