The Word (98)-Do not destroy yourself with your words.
“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you” (Ephesians 4:29-32)
Beloved
Many Christians need urgent enlightenment. The more I listen to Christian brothers and sisters speak, the more I am convinced that LIGHT is not bright in many of our churches. The entrance of the word of God gives light ( Psalm 119:130).
We bless the good Lord for his grace and mercy that have preserved us. If I were you, asking the good God to control my tongue will be one of my new year resolutions for 2017. Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21).
Be mindful of your thoughts and your words. Ensure they are always healthy. Man is the sum total of his thoughts ( Proverbs 23:7).

PRAYER
Father, please, give me the grace to control my thoughts and my words as you joyfully usher us into 2017 in Jesus name. Amen.
Father, we pray that righteousness be established in your church and in our different nations all over the world in Jesus precious name. Amen.
Father, please continue to expose every act of hypocrisy, pretence and evil in our societies and bring the perpetrators to shame in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
