Topic : Have You Fully Trusted Him? – by Pastor Raphael

*MIND OF GOD (MOG)*

Text : Proverbs 3:5

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5

Totally trusting God is a sign of faith. No one can receive anything from God without faith (James 1:6–7). Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Doubt sets in when one doesn’t fully trust God with their heart. Doubt is an aspect of unbelief that robs Christians of their reward. When one leans on their own understanding, they are telling God that they know how to get things done on their own, and they are deprived of God’s assistance, leading to struggles and failure.

Dear beloved, a Christian cannot achieve much without trusting God. Remember that you were born of God’s Word, so everything you need can be found in His Word (1 Peter 1:23). Our trust or belief in His Word releases the blessings for our enjoyment. Trusting in God is a journey, and you don’t stop till you get to heaven. Abraham trusted God for twenty-five years before enjoying His blessing of his son, Isaac. Keep trusting in Him, and yours will also come. Hallelujah!

Be an overcomer!
