*MIND OF GOD (MOG)*
Text: Psalms 37:25-26
“I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.” Psalms 37:25-26 (KJV)
Knowing the real truth about Christianity is the beginning of reigning in life. The child of God who wants to abandon their life to God should learn from the psalmist and encourage himself with the opening scripture. The psalmist has been living a godly life from his youth and has not seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread. Beloved, don’t ever feel forsaken; it is a feeling from the enemy to get you to turn your back on God. Remember that He has said in His Word that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Thus, any time you have the feeling of being forsaken, rebuke that feeling and it will disappear.
Beloved, continually do good without giving in to weariness. The feeling of weariness is a sign that your reward is at hand; therefore, continue with the good work of being merciful and kind to others (Galatians 6:9). As you do this, God will testify of you and bless you and your children because you have become a channel of blessing to your world. Be a man or woman that God can rely on to extend a helping hand to the needy. Hallelujah! May God richly bless you!

My gracious Father, I love You for making me Your child. I make myself available to You. Please train me, prepare me, and resource me to continually show mercy and kindness to the needy, for them to know that the love of Christ is at work in me and draw closer to You in Jesus’ name. Amen!
