Dearly Beloved
Nothing good comes easy !
In 2018, learn to launch into the deep for a catch. Do not runaway from challenges this year, rather ask God for increasing grace to overcome all challenges. The trials and adversities you face are what God will use to propel you to the top.
Christians often wonder why they are persecuted. There is no one who is committed to the work of God who will not be persecuted on earth because of the nature of the Prince of this world. Like apostle Paul, we should learn to delight in persecutions and trials for the sake of Christ.
The trials and challenges are mere opportunities to test your faith and resilience. God is watching and very interested in your reaction. Key into the counsel of St James and remain joyful even in trials:
“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations…” (James 1:2-4).
Always remember that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds…2Corinthians 10:4-5
Stay connected to JESUS, also called the Word . Be knowledgeable. Seek wisdom . Be enlightened.
Ask God for increasing grace and mercy in 2018.
Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
Be compassionate and kind to one another.
Thank you Jesus for the various opportunities you will present for my promotion in 2018.
Prayer Point
Dear Father, we pray for everyone sincerely connected to your Word in 2018, that all their trials will become testimonies in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
