Dearly Beloved
This is our season of fullness of joy. A season of good news of great joy. The joy of a perfect gift is immeasurable.
Those who walk closely with the Holy Spirit are familiar with the levels of joy, such as: joy, great joy, exceeding great joy, joy unspeakable and fullness of joy.
One way you would identify the absence of God in a person or situation is observing the lack of joy. The presence of God is characterised by fullness of joy. Joy that radiates to others.
Joy is required to sustain our salvation :
“Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation” (Isaiah 12:3).
Jesus Christ said:
“These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full” (John 15:11).

To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It also requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).
